They could provide better tracking for international buyers, I had to jump hoops to find an app to trace the "customs" number provided.     I ordered this a month in advance for a gift. When I completed my order I notice the shipping addresswas incorrect. There is no phone you can call - just and email. You have to await a reply to confirm they'd deliver to the correct address. TRUST THEM - They made the change accordingly even though the confirmation still showed the previous address. I send a 2nd email to confirm, they were so polite and asked me not to worry that I'd get them. Although delivery said at least 30days to receive I got them almost 2 full weeks in advance. I'm so thankful that they took care of my purchase, my concerns and a timely delivery!
