Custom anime sneakers for my teenage son, he wears size 15, which is very hard to find, so he was excited to find them on this site. I was nervous since it was an international purchase. They could provide better tracking for international buyers, I had to jump hoops to find an app to trace the "customs" number provided. But they finally arrived about 1 week longer than the estimate, the most important part is THEY FIT! I'm so glad. My son is very happy with them. So I'd say they are true to size. Overall, my son is happy, I am happy.

I ordered this a month in advance for a gift. When I completed my order I notice the shipping addresswas incorrect. There is no phone you can call - just and email. You have to await a reply to confirm they'd deliver to the correct address. TRUST THEM - They made the change accordingly even though the confirmation still showed the previous address. I send a 2nd email to confirm, they were so polite and asked me not to worry that I'd get them. Although delivery said at least 30days to receive I got them almost 2 full weeks in advance. I'm so thankful that they took care of my purchase, my concerns and a timely delivery!
