4. Professional Design: Once the design details are confirmed, our designers will create a customized design based on your specifications.

6. Production: Once you are satisfied with the design, we will proceed with production. Please note that the production process typically takes 7-10 days to complete.

What material is this item made of?

What is the Return/Exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
