Definitions

Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

Goods or services refers to the product(s) for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.  

Shipping Policies

Standard shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase, to our available delivery destinations. Optional expedited shipping remains US$19.99. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for processing and shipping estimates.

Refunds, returns and replacements

If you are not happy with your order, contact info@otakuplan.com. We prioritize a replacement or refund for fit, quality or delivery concerns. If a return is needed, we will explain the arrangements before you send it back. We do not apply automatic restocking fees or percentage-based cancellation penalties. Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. We will do our best to change or stop the order before production or shipment. If it is already in progress, we will explain the options and work with you on a solution.

Email your order number and concern to info@otakuplan.com. Tell us whether you prefer a replacement or refund. We will review the details with you and confirm a fair solution.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
