Free shipping over $70 :
- We offer Free shipping over $70 to most countries.
- For orders under $70, the shipping fees are as follows: $9 for T-shirts and $15 for hoodies.
The Shipping Process (in Working Days) Is as Follows:
Delivery time = Process time (order preparation) + Shipping time
- Order preparation
Once your order information is received, we will process the order:
(1) Check the order details.
(2) Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
(3) Check your shipping address.
(4) Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.
(5) If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This may delay shipment.
Once your order shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and query website.

Cost: for orders under $70, the shipping fees are as follows: $9 for T-shirts and $15 for hoodies.
(2) Shipping time
The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.
US orders
A: Standard Shipping: 10 - 15 days
B: Express Shipping: 5 - 8 days
Other Countries: please add 5-9 days.
About the shipping fee, please refer to the website update.
Note: The public holidays, destination countries, and couriers will be affected by the shipping time too.
(3) Processing time
Please note that we need 7-13 days to process orders as our products are made to order.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Please note: Fluctuating delivery times depend on flight information for the order time. Other remote countries would require more time. We are constantly improving our service, and we will try our best to find more and better carriers to work with.

Important note
- Custom Order
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we made a size chart on each product page.
- Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact info@otakuplan.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
- Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Otakuplan, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if this is the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items. All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print, or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at info@otakuplan.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
- Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 60 days of having ordered, contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries, or stolen packages.)
- Package delivery failed
If the failed delivery is caused due to an insufficient address/incorrect address, otakuplan is not responsible for it. Under this circumstance, we could reprocess the order for customers, however, customers will be charged an extra fee for order reproduction and shipping.
6. No Refund Requests Based on Specific Date Requirements
Unless we have agreed to it in writing beforehand, customers may not request a refund solely because the order did not arrive before a specified date. We do not accept refund requests based on the failure to meet a customer's desired delivery date, particularly when the order is still within the normal shipping period.
