Payment

  • Our payments by payment cards are processed via PayPal which delivers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. Your payment for any purchase is processed securely by PayPal.
  • We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than those listed above. All sensitive information sent between your computer and PayPal systems is automatically encrypted, ensuring your information is kept private.

 

Shipping

  • Standard shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase, to our available delivery destinations. Optional expedited shipping remains US$19.99. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. Production and processing time is additional to shipping time. Expedited shipping does not shorten production time. See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery estimates.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.Tracking information is available within 2-4 days after your order has shipped 
  • Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Coapayhoodie is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
  • To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order. 
 

Returns, replacements & refunds

If you are not happy with your order, email info@otakuplan.com with your order number and concern. We prioritize a replacement or refund, including sizing, quality and delivery issues. Tell us your preferred solution; photos help with damaged or incorrect items.

If a return is needed, we will explain the arrangements and any shipping details before you send it back. We do not apply automatic restocking fees or percentage-based cancellation penalties. Please contact us first rather than returning to the address on the parcel.

For changes or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. We will explain what is possible if production or shipping has started.

  • We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is given to us will be used only to enhance your shopping experience with this site. Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. You can request to be removed from our list by simply emailing us. 
  • You may also update or change the personal information we have collected by sending an email to the same email address. Should there be any changes to our privacy guarantee, relevant changes will be posted to this portion of the site.
