Payment

  • Our payments by payment cards are processed via PayPal which delivers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world. Your payment for any purchase is processed securely by PayPal.
  • We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than those listed above. All sensitive information sent between your computer and PayPal systems is automatically encrypted, ensuring your information is kept private.

 

Shipping

  • We provide free shipping service for all products over $70.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5-15 days of placement unless otherwise stated.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.Tracking information is available within 2-4 days after your order has shipped 
  • Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Coapayhoodie is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
  • To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order. 
 

Return

  • Sometimes a return is inevitable and we accept appropriate returns and have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: 
  • For returns, please send us an email by specifying your name and order number in the first instance
  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. If we consider that the problem with the item is our responsibility (i.e. mistake on the requested model) will provide 100% full refund.
  • All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within Three working days of receipt of notification.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition, you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
  • No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.

  • We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that is given to us will be used only to enhance your shopping experience with this site. Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by our secure server. You can request to be removed from our list by simply emailing us.
